Large, Machinery/Commercial – Price per square metre – $14 (6m x 6m and above)

Food Stalls – Price per square metre – $35 Food vans – include draw bar and any other extrusions

If you require 3 phase power, please get in touch with the Site Holder Coordinator as to how many amps you require. You will then be notified of the cost of your 3-phase power (it will depend on how many amps you require and the cost of the hire of the generator).

NB: Please choose carefully, we will only supply power for what you have requested, any additional power will not be available on the day

OUTBACK TRACK OPPORTUNITY

Site holders are invited to apply to become one of the 10 participating stalls when you book online. This is a great opportunity to draw the public to your site.

The participating site holder must provide 750 small items to give out to children who show an Outback Track entry form. See Site Holder Manual for more information

STALL BUMP IN AND SETUP

Bump in times – Thursday 22nd from 3pm to 8pm and Friday 23rd May from 8am to 8pm, Saturday 24th May 6am to 8am (vehicles must be out by 8am)

Staggered times for 2025 – choose your preferred bump in time

Thursday 23rd

NOTE: 12pm to 1pm will be closed for staff lunch break – no bump in between these times.
Saturday 25th
WHS NB: you cannot change your selected set up time unless you have made arrangements via email with Site Holder Coordinator prior to the bump in days admin@fredspassruralshow.org.au

SITE HOLDER PASSES

NOTE: Passes are not included in site prices

NOTE: Passes are no longer available at show office, you need to purchase online stall holder passes

or online public tickets (after stall holder discounts end)

To attract the discounted price for site holders, you must purchase your passes by either the 21st April(Early bird specials) or by 21st May (Site Holder discount).
If you require passes after these times, you will need to purchase tickets at public prices online public tickets or at the gate

Day Pass – Adult $16 $18
Weekend Pass – Adult $30 $32
Tickets at Site Holder prices cannot be purchased after 21st May

Important information about passes/tickets

When picking up your stall holder package from office you must show evidence of ticket purchase to stall holder Coordinator(you will receive receipt of purchase via email) wristbands will then be added to your stall holder pack.

NOTE: Ticket receipts are not scannable and cannot be scanned at gate.

Purchasing tickets after cut off date:
Additional show entry tickets can be purchased after 21 May however they will be at public prices link here for public tickets NO wristbands are issued for public tickets (public day ticket holders can get pass outs, and weekend public ticket holders receive unlimited entries on presentation of ticket).

CAMPING

Camping on your site is not permitted. Unpowered camping is available for equestrian participants and stall holders only if needed. Camping is near equestrian/sand arena – you must prebook your camping site separately, contact show office to make a booking info@fredspassruralshow.org.au

COVID 19 COMPLIANCE
