Special Regulations

• Livestock Movement Biosecurity Requirements must be adhered to.
• All nominated cattle to attend Freds Pass Rural Show must be identified with a RFID before delivery to the showgrounds.
• Food and water to be provided by the exhibitor, bedding straw and pens to be the responsibility of Freds Pass Rural Show.
• Goats in classes 8001 to 8008 must be pure breeds. Goats in classes 8009 to 8010 must be crossbreeds. If in any doubt, contact Steward.
• Exhibitors are asked to identify the number of pens they require.
• Exhibitors should note the following:

1. Doeling – refers to a female goat unkidded, between the ages of 6 and 12 months
2. Buckling – refers to a male goat between the ages of 6 and 12 months
3. Kid – refers to a goat under the age of 6 months.

• All of the above ages are at date of judging.
• The Goat Paraders Competition will be judged prior to and during the goat judging and will include aspects of care and preparation of the stock.
• Judging will be on Friday 23 May at 12.00 pm.

Delivery & Collection

• Deliver to Goat Pavilion: Friday 23 May 8.30 am to 11 am
• Exhibits are not to be removed before 4 pm Sunday 25 May

Goat Parader Champion

Entry is free and may be taken by the Goat Steward any time prior to goat judging on Friday 23 May.  Winner receives sash and $20.
