Disclaimer: The organizing Committee of this event to which the rules apply, does not accept any liability for any accident, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, ground and spectators or any other persons or property whatsoever. The committee also reserves the right to change the program where they see fit.
The Equestrian Gate opens at 6 am (entry to the stable area is off the Central Corridor). All persons entering the Equestrian Gate will need to present a show entrance ticket/wristband (this includes car passengers).
All competitors must purchase show entrance tickets in order to enter the Equestrian Arena, equestrian parking area and showgrounds. Tickets must be purchased before coming to the event. Electronic/printed tickets will be scanned at the entrance of the Equestrian Gate (entrance to equestrian parking area and stables) and an equestrian wristband will be issued (Sat or Sun or Weekend pass), enabling in/out access for the duration of that day/weekend. There will be no ticket sales at the Equestrian Gate. If you have not pre-purchased your ticket you will need to either purchase online immediately (this is the cheaper option) or purchase at the Main Gate, before you can enter the equestrian parking area. Vehicles will be moved on if the occupants haven’t pre-purchased tickets before driving into the grounds.
As well as a pre-purchased show entry ticket, an Equestrian Vehicle Pass is required to be displayed on your dashboard for entry into the equestrian parking area. These passes will be emailed to the registrants by the NHPC Show Program Coordinator. Equestrian parking will be near the main stables inside the Equestrian Gate.
Do not exit via the entry point at the Equestrian car park. Please exit via the laneway beside the Indoor Arena, then turn left directly on to Melville Way. Traffic is one way on Central Corridor and Melville Way.
Equestrian competitors can request to camp overnight. For security reasons, any participants who want to camp are required to register their presence with the FPRS. Please contact the Show Office on 0488588202 or email info@fredspassruralshow.org.au for details.
Fireworks commence at 8pm on Saturday night – all horses must be secured and supervised if still on the Reserve.
