Would you like an extraordinary Freds Pass Rural Show? Be part of the team at this fantastic rural event! Volunteers play a major role in keeping this iconic rural show operating. Fresh perspectives and helpers are always needed and wanted! While volunteering with us you will have the chance to make new friends, meet great people and have lots of fun along the way! 

Freds Pass Rural Show is accepting Volunteer applications for your 2025 show.  Assistance may be required but not limited to the following areas:

• Committee position
• Administration support (office assistance, data entry, prize money allocation, laminating, counting of items)
• Paddock to Plate food demonstrations
• Children’s areas setup/pack up, helping at the event
• Show Pavilions (art, craft, cookery, photography, market garden, horticulture, cattle, goats, poultry, birds)
• Outback Track bags for kids
• Information Booth: manning, setup/pack up.
• Equestrian help
• Assisting Site Manager
• Grounds set up
• VIP tent assistants
• Opening ceremony and grand parade
• Roustabout
• Transport/driving/pick-ups
• Assisting in clean-up of equipment/ packing up assets.
• Volunteer management support
