Open and junior live judging comps for the best sweet tart. The audience gets to taste the tarts after the judging.

Entry Fees: $2.40 non-Members; $1.20 Members/Pensioners/Seniors

Entries close: Sunday 26 May at 11 am

Prize Money:  1st $100 plus sash                                                             Jill Nicholls

    2nd $50 plus sash                                                                Barden Investments

    3rd $30 plus sash                                                                 Barden Investments

 

•       Tarts to be delivered on Sunday 26 May by 11 am to the Cookery Pavilion.

•       Judging conducted on Sunday 26 May at 12 noon.

•       All exhibitors must be present for judging.

•       Open faced sweet tart: fruit, jam, custard etc

•       The base of the tart must be a traditional short crust pastry base.

•       All decoration must be edible.

•       Tarts should be presented in a tin no smaller than 20cm or larger than 26cm x 2.5cm.

•       Tarts must be identified on a piece of card as to the type of tart.

             Sashes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place holders

 

             Entrants must be 17 years and under.

             Tarts to be delivered on Saturday 25 May by 11 am to the Cookery Pavilion.

             Judging conducted on Saturday 25 May at 12 noon.

             All exhibitors to be present for judging.

             The base of the tart can be of any type.

             Base and filling must be entirely the work of the child.

             Tarts should be presented in a tin no smaller than 20cm or larger than 26cm x 2.5cm.

             All decorations must be edible.

             Tarts must be identified on a piece of card as to the type of tart.
