Regulations

• A maximum of ONE entry in each Class per person is permitted. 
• Any exhibit previously entered in the Freds Pass Rural Show is not eligible.
• The name and address of the exhibitor, class and title must appear on the REVERSE side of every print; prints with identification marks or titles on the front will not be accepted. Blanks and untitled entries will not be accepted. This regulation ensures that exhibits are properly identified and judged impartially.
• Each exhibitor is to attach a small piece of velcro (scratchy/rough side) on each corner of the back of their photo so that it can be attached to the display board. The velcro may be placed on top of pieces of masking tape (optional) so that when the velcro is removed the photo isn’t damaged.
• Entries in frames are not eligible (it is not possible to display them properly at the show).
• Exhibits must be NO LARGER than A4, with optional 2cm border mount within that limit.
• All photographs must be taken by the exhibitor. Processing and printing may be done commercially.
• The right is reserved to transfer any entry to a correct class if wrongly classified by the exhibitor.

Definitions

Open – May be of any subject 

Rural – Images that show rural life

Monochrome – Black and white or sepia tone

Entry Fees: Non-Members $2.40; Members/Pensioners/Seniors $1.20, Under 17 years $1.20
