The Paddock to Plate event is a popular feature of the Freds Pass Rural Show, and showcases aspects of the rural area’s agricultural, horticulture, organic farming, native plant and bush tucker industries plus our locally produced meat, poultry & fish fresh from the farm and water to the kitchen.
A delicious assortment of locally grown, made, or produced products will be used in cooking demonstrations by entertaining chefs and local businesses.
Demonstrations will run throughout the two days and include tastings, product presentations and information sessions on growing, preparing, and using local produce.
Look for the Paddock to Plate event in its new location at the Lakeview Hall – Freds Pass Reserve.
Promote your food business by becoming a demonstrator at the 2025 Freds Pass Rural Show’s Paddock to Plate event! It’s a great opportunity to showcase your products and business and connect with the community.
