Take part in our sapphire blue Fashion Parade

Wear your bluest of blue outfit to the show and strut your stuff on our main stage, and you could win big prizes!    Its all part of celebrating the Freds Pass Rural Show’s 45th year with it’s theme colour of Sapphire Blue.   

Entry is free!  The only entry criteria is that you must be wearing something blue and must be prepared to strut the stage! 

Participant numbers are restricted – Register your interest with the form below and submit.   Assemble back of the main stage 30 minutes before the parade commencement.  Entrants will be required to walk/twirl/strut the stage for approx. 10 seconds.   Entrants under 7 years may be accompanied by a parent. 

SATURDAY STRUT OUT IN BLUE – Parade starts 3pm

SUNDAY STRUT OUT IN BLUE – Parade starts 11am

Categories 

  • Cuties – 0 – 7 years 
  • Rascals – 8 – 15 years 
  • Swaggerers – 16 years and over 
  • Family Frolickers – family group of 2 persons or more 

 

Prizes (each day)  

Cuties & Rascals – First:  $70, Second:  $50, Third:  $30      

Swaggerers & Frolickers – First:  $120, Second:  $80, Third:  $45             

Overall Awards – $70 each

Terms & Conditions of Strut out in Blue

Applicants can only enter once over the two days. Parents/guardians must always supervise their children who are under the age of 13 years;  they cannot leave their children backstage unsupervised. 
Entrants will be capped at 30 per day, once this is filled, we will put you on a waiting list, if any existing entrants cancel you will be contacted. If you need to cancel, please let us know at least 1 week prior to event so others on the waiting list can be added.
Entrants deemed not suitable for family viewing will be excluded from the contest.
